Teletubbies is a British children program originally produced by the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and Ragdoll Production in 1997. Since 1997, the original version has 365 episodes and 30 minutes per episode. The brand new edition produced by DHX Media and Darrall Macqueen in 2015 has 120 episodes and 12 minutes per episode, and is currently available to watch on iQiyi, Tencent, Youku, Mango TV…..
The story is about four multi-coloured creatures known as “Teletubbies”. They live in a warm, loving, playful environment, and have a good relationship with each other. Teletubbies, love to learn. Teletubbies support young children’s development, physical, emotional and cognitive. It is an early education program of exploring, experiencing, and feeling of the world.
In the new series, we add Eight adorable, smaller “sibling” figures to the main Teletubbies who
just love playing simple games and singing with their older role models. Colourful and super cute, the Tiddlytubbies cannot walk like the bigger Teletubbies but this doesn’t stop them getting around and having fun. The active and excitable Tiddlytubbies are expert at doing roly-polys, crawling and pulling themselves along on their tummies. The Tiddlytubbies live in their ownplayroom in the Home Dome. Safe, warm, cuddly and soft like a nursery, it is full to the brim with toys.
It is here that the Teletubbies love to visit their little friends to take care of them, play with them and help them learn new songs, words and games.
